u mean withdrawning into ur bank account or vice versus? they charge you 25p for withdrawing anything less that £50 into your bank....

you get charged when you receive money on paypal iirc. you also get charged to withdraw to your bank account if its under 50 quid
and it takes about 5 days to withdraw into your bank

50p is the normal amount

paypal will charge you 4% of the amount recieved + 20p for receiving money. then if you withdraw more than £50 to ur bank then its free, if its less than £50 you get charged 25p.
