i work for the halifax mate bankers draft can be drawn outer ur halifax account instantly up to the value of £250,000 a bank transfer can take 3 working days however there is a charge of £28 to do this

bankers draft's also have to clear if they are from another company.

halifax to halifax would be a instant transfer ad be clear funds goes in to ur account as cash.

that any help to ya ? or is there anything else u need to know

best bet mate open a halifax account - ad get the money transfered straight in as cash. then make a cash order for the cash will get u the money in 48 hrs
