" It has been reported that a growing number of motorists are using the ordinary frying pan oil in their diesel engines to cut costs.
The legal problem is, that by using 32p-a-litre cooking oil instead of costing around 73p a litre, they are not paying fuel tax. "

been doing this for ages there is a spot 10 milesaway that makes bio diesel
only they mix it to much and dont put enough diesel in which cause's all sorts of problems to newer wezel motors
and they smell like a fcuking chip shop lol

its a fuckin joke they're pulling people for that, its their car which they paid for and their cooking oil which they paid for including any tax on both and its illegal?

They ran a Volvo Diesel on Top Gear using cooking oil. Got an RAC/AA man to oversee it and all was well. They didn't give too much away IIRC to stop the above newstory from occuring too often.

My mate's dad runs his Landy on Vegetable Oil. It's a treat Smells like a Chippy when it's going along tho . Can be changed back to diesel on the button
