Nokia's are boss phones. Had a 7250i and replaced it with an LG 8130 but i prefer the Nokia one.

for those of u with D5's all it requires is either a software upgrade or new screen.
if u got it from a T Mobile store find out if there is a store near you that sends them off for repair as long as ur within you warrently you should be fine 
or if u didnt get it from t mobile store then get onto samsung
