I think so, if you have different lights in other then standard they have to be marked or else they wont pass, thats what i got told

Depends where you take it, ive head of people getting away with it, otherwise you can always change your lights back to standard for the MOT

yeah I guess but I would rather just buy e-marked lights in the first place! I just ordered some smoked ones from a local shop! Just got home and thought about should have asked when I was in the shop! If they aren't I just won't buy them!
