Correct me if i am wrong....
Reason im thinking about getting a credit card is that im worried when ordering stuff on ebay with my debit card and have anything upto £2k in the bank its a bit risky....
If i get a credit card i will i always be protected from fraud/interent purchases.... ?
I can receive money from my credit card company if goods are faulty if under a year old?
If i get a credit card and purchase items with my credit card and pay whats due at the end of the month i will not occur any charges for interest?
How do you go about paying off your monthly statement? can you set up a direct debit so its automatically debited from my current account after a couple of days when i receive my statement.
Any other positives/negatives with credit cards?
What ones are the best ones out there (taking into consideration i will ALWAYS pay off my statement each month) and i bank with HSBC.
Thanks!

Yes to all that really, just dont get stuck in the trap where by you just delay paying things off for a while, it will take ages to get your account back to nil again.

They can be a real fcuker. They are good in principle and as has already been menioned everything you say is true. The problem is when the bills come in there is always aomething better to spend the money on I would say only do it if you know 100% you have the self discipline to pay off the full amount every month. If not stick to paypal
(Egg are good if you do decide to go for it)
