correct offset is et 49 as u said.
17s even at et49 with a 60mm drop will need arch work mate

i have 17's with offset at et49 lowered 60mm, inner arch cut all the way back front and rear = never any scrubbing problems

60 mm youll deffo need arch work.. i had 17s in wrong offset which obviously made it worse, wasnt even lowered yet, and was scrubbing on back with no one in back

i have got 17's with a 45 offset, 60 at the back, will be 60 at the front when i sort out my coilover problem. all u need to do is de-bolt the rear arch, shouldnt rub, mine doesnt
