Most people go through a phrase of this i would reckon, the best bet is to go out and have a laugh, the more you stay at home on a downer the worse it will get!

Although being in a relationship doesnt always solve your problems, it will solve your loneliness problem but then it will also lead to arguements etc

Today i said i would do some things i like to do. Wen't for a drive and then went to my parents for some lunch, sat in the garden all afternoon in the sun. Benn playing with a VCR/DVD recorder i got the other day tonight and i've gotta say what a beast it is

Also been getting organised and now starting some uni work. Things seem better today than they have for a while, let just hope i can get out of feeling sad all the time.

Looking around my life is not all bad and some people may say i'm lucky. I have just lost intrest in everything.

This morning i got up and had a shave, even got the iron out to iron my jeans and t-shirt. Normally i've grow a bit of a beard and walk around all creased. Need to get on with it and cheer up!

Planned a trip to the gym on Tuesday with a mate, gonna book a game of tennis too. Haven't played tennis since i left school 7 years ago
