Fee got the gauges and shit fitted on Sat...

Boost Gauge
Oil Temp Gauge
Oil Pressure Gauge

and a Knocklink (de-boxed and installed into the Gauge Pod)

and she cleaned it....





Its going to be on the SIDC stand at fast and modified next sunday too ( http://www.sidc.co.uk )

i take it the knocklink is piezo leccy type? handy on that motor i guess, last thing you need is a bad detonation

yup..

Early reports... (on Optimax with NF Race octane booster) show 14psi and green on knocklink at WOT in 3rd.....

where did the pod come from?
my mate needs one for his

and could you help? his is a std wrx uk i think
has 1 cat removed and a exhaust system
and has a d'v fitted
now i dont know if its the weather or what but his boost is erratic it come on then some days it wont then bam it all comes in at once he enged up a roundabout other day cos it came on boost and sent him sideways

any ideas??

sounds like he is driving it like a donky

Could be a sticky actuator arm..... could be lots of things.... boost leaks etc

I have a spare pod..... but you can get them from Demon Tweeks, ken

not sure if i want to sell it yet, as the one above is a bit hastily done... i.e. drill holes for Knocklink LED's are a bit rough etc...

If he gives me £75 i'd sell it though.
