my corsa is currently in bodyshop.. i went down yesterdayto see how it was coming along.. but between the twin headlights and front bumper theres a gap there... is it ment to be like that?? they tryed to tell me it was!

No, there shouldn't be, but most bumpers do because they are such poor quality. Basically, you tell them that you wanted them to fit the bumper properly, not have it half hanging off. Don't give them a penny untill they do so.
