yes, the last company i worked for went bust, and i was owed £4k. was another 8 weeks till i started for the new company, so i was £4k down, with no income for 2 months, a family to support and a holiday to disneyland on the way!
needed to sell the gf's corsa to get some spending money for the holiday. back on track now though

Apply anyway mate. It never hurts to try. Which Uni did you go to/course? what did you get?

Also, they love work experience, especially relevent stuff so if you have that kind of stuff then they'll prob let you sit the verbal/numeracy tests and then after that everyones equal.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained

I did Business Studies at UWE, Bristol. Not got my results yet but I am expecting a 2:1 (touch wood). I might give it a go anyway, suppose it wont hurt
