Me Mainly carp and barbel, most still water specimen, but I like to fish the odd river to mix it up a bit, mainly Nottingham/Leicester based rivers as there is a lot of big chub, perch and pike there at the moment.

well I live near Hayfield Lakes where they hold Fish o' mania and I've had a few 20-30lbs commons and mirrors from there, usually best at beginning of September when the climate drops a tad and the lakes aren't that busy. I went last Sunday and bagged 80lbs worth of carp, tench and a few little un's like roach etc....

well only one i can think of its name which is related to what it look like is a mirror carp, as it has scales on its back, which is meant to be like a mirror, hence its name

Tench, Barball PMSL
I prefer to pretend that I'm throwing hand grenades (mud balls) and blowing the fish up when fishing.
