Does anybody know of any insurance companys that count riding a moped for a year in your own name as a 1NCB?

Been on my dads insurance, but looking to go onto my own, only to find I can't insure fcuk all.

i should imagine noone will take that into account as bike insurance is different to car insurance isnt it?

thought i read on here once, someone was 18 with 2NCB and when asked how, he said moped NCB - some companys do it, some don't.

all the insurance companies i have ever spoken to woudnt transfer it my years no claims from my bike, however some take it into consideration.

o right, take it moped NCB could be carried on if i was to get a 125 or something?

wanting something faster but looks like im going to struggle to insure a 1.2 8v for under a grand.

I did it with Co-op. doesnt matter how many moped yrs, they told me it only accounts to one car yr.
