I got no instructions.. i know i need x2 bulbs with them
+theres a red, black wire at the bottom, that go somewhere

i got these lights in chrome  check my garage
i got them delivered from germany, and ive had a nightmare with them, but they are fine now!!
were did you get yours from?? its likely they are non-legal right hand drive lights because the light will slope upwards to the right of each beam!! its meant to slope to the left side!
the red and black wire underneath are for the angel rings in each headlight, you need to wire them to your sidelights etc.... also the angel rings will not last very long im afraid the build quality is not very good on them!!!! they will blow out eventually, mine only lasted 2 months, i know other people with same lights that had same problem also!!
i had to soldier in new l.e.d.s and i turned the plate around inside to make the beam slope the right way, so they are legal now, very long fustrating process as the light is not designed to be re-opened!

yes mine are also e-marked, but that does not always mean they are legal in the uk!
unless a batch of them were made for uk use and actually says on the box or from were you bought it from "legal for UK use" then its likely they are not!
just check the beam angle yourself once you have fitted them, if each headlights beam angles up towards the left then your ok
this crap example  shows how ilegal non uk ones are like and will fail MOT as light shines onto oncoming traffic and does not light up signs properly on left side of road:

behind each headlight of the dipped beam bulb are 2 screws, which adjust up/down and left/right of the dipped beams and the same procedure for the full beams
