My mum is on 9 points Apparently her Jeep "was too fast and can't do 30mph". I have driven that thing at about 10mph easily.

We got one like that round here, it swaps from side to side manually when they feel like it, like when they change the film.... I think it's to fool drivers to make sure that there are more car crashes from Alfa Romeo drivers tailgating people. Tis a good plan if it get's rid of a few Alfa's an possibly thier drivers.
