that was for the standard 1.4 when i bought it new

1.6 with tb was 160bhp

20 was 166 bhp

and will update you now on 30th july

engine mount is solid, when we made it for old engine it was taken to a vulcanisers and filled with rubber

cos i'm getting weber bodies, mbe, cams and headwork, and i wanted about 160bhp from a 1.4

was a standard 16 with an SBD 164 kit on it, ran on MBE, only other mod was zorst

it did 120 miles on a full tank of juice and had to be set up every 6 weeks in London to run right.............it cost a fortune to keep on the road but was the best fun ive ever had in car

TBs have come on a long way since then aS this was one of the first kits SBd did in 1997

the company doing the work said they'll do the headwork free if it doesnt crack 150bhp on the rollers without it

will probs cost you less inlong run to just do it on a 16

yeah, but i cant get insured on a TB'd 1.6 yet
the 1.4 isnt a problem, but tescos dont like engine swaps
