woah, imagine that.

how would the law go if:

you avoid accident, then drive off in fear of the danger and someone else hitting you, could u be in trouble for leaving scene of accident, i wouldn't hang around (unless there was somewhere safe)

You'd think that with all the cars stopped in the road with lights on etc would be an indication to you that it would be wise to slow down
