such as Singapore, China and the like?
The prices are sooo good for electronics from these countries but with their 99%+ feedback i am still heasitating from buying from these people 
Anyone else bought from these countries? any hidden taxes you have to pay to import?

Yeah I have and no problems. Look for a place called Memorymall, I think they are in america but they are the cheapest fro sony memory stick.

Bought a PSP from dealer in Japan...came through fine etc..even sent a power plug adaptor for the charger

i brought a new mobie off ebay which came from china and had to pay an extra £30 tax i think it was when it was delievered to my door

you shouldnt have any problems when he/she has sold over 8k like.
ridiculous how cheap things are over this neck of the woods as opposed to home, 500quid for a 50inch flat screen HDTV with stand. Absolute joke.

Ask them to write 'gift' on the box and make it look like a personal mailing to avoid the customs duty.
