Im looking at it and thinking that the dooras are just skinned- they dont look like a laminate door panel to me, more like a single skin over the oe panel - same with the spoiler..........

How can it be unsafe? I thought Carbon fibre was stronger than the original steel panels?
Looks cool as :-)
cars are designed to crumple and fold to protect the occupants, it absorbs all the energy. If that is not absorbed, the occupants will each recieve a few hundred kilos per square cm force into their bodies.
Yes, however, you'll find the vast majority of this force is absorbed by the front chassis members, Slam panel and front crash bar. The Actuall bonnet, and wings absorb very little.
CF can however be designed to incorperate decent crush properties, hence why Mclaren F1's, and Formula one Chassis are made of Carbon fibre .
get tae fook the wings and bonnet are the single most important part during a frontal impact
SLR's (for example) bonnet, wings and bumper aren't major impact absorbing structures. Instead, there are two CF woven cones protruding into the engine bay from a CF occupant shell, which are designed to aborb impact and protect the people inside. So you see, CF can be used in this way.

just because the car is made of carbon fibre does not make it unsafe, carbon fibre is extremely strong and will take more punishment then the original panels.

none of it will b skins, the doors will have an alumium or steel kinda of chassis and the carbon fibre will b a skin layed over juts like a normal door, i think it looks puker altho the colour of the car itslef should b grey to contrast the carbon
