I put the whole tin of soup in a mug and yeah the microwave is a bit powerful

might be becuase your using a mug. Our micro wave is 850 and its fine on 2 mins in a bowl.

iv just made a salad, but wiht it made pasta in a mary rose sauce, and fried bacon and green beans in a light soy and sea salt dressing, gorgeous

i was SUPPOSED to be having salmon with lime and coriander, new potatoes and broccoli but i cant eat so i had a dippy egg
