I didn't pull into an occupied lane? the lane didnt exist until I got into it, I pulled into it the moment it splits into 2, the other guy came up round the outside like a t*at
and I dont have a smahed in front wing, just a bit scraped.
and whats special is I've never seen a so called "round about" like it anywhere else.

The other lane obviously did exist otherwise where did the other car come from? You obviously pulled into the other lane at the earliest opportunity that you possibly could, but at which point it was not safe to do so.

just ring a garage get them to lie and say you had a visit booked, give them some cash make it worth there while, then claim off him as then you are driving legally

Did you pull out into the second lane basically at the same time he pulled into it or did he cut across the the front of you?

same time really, but he cut round the queue by cutting over a lane that went the other way.
