folder i want to make online for hostin but always get message on dreamweaver sayin access denied etc

so i goes to the folder properties it says "read only" untick the box etc and it stil doesnt worl
do it again and its stil ticked

You need to long onto your FTP site and CHMOD the folder to '0'

I'm not sure you can do it through your control panel - it's 1&1 isn't it?

It doesn't need to be private - just make the folder name a bit cryptic, or you thinking of having a members only page, where you're draped over your Golf wearing not much at all

jus same as pinktigra, but jus cant get it connected rarrrr
iv named it dirbg but cant access folder on my pc etc
