remove rubber strip on top of bulkhead
raise bonnet hinges on spacers

The throttle bodies will always be surrounded by air. Your engine bay is not a vacuum. Sorry for the stupid comment

To be fair, a vacuum (cleaner) would have more power than Robin's 1.4 engine

Could you not make something out of the scuttle panel?
Or go on www.pro-tecmotorsport.com then go to Corsa fibreglass and kevlar, They have an underbonnet ducting system which sticks to the underside of your bonnet, made in carbon but really expensive.
