I tried not drinking for a month, lasted all of 3 days, changed to "not getting wasted" that lasted about a week or so.

It's impossible

I do work in a pub though, so that makes it even more difficult

Yes this is true but its just cheaper for me

Next week starting Monday Im gona do 7 days serious diet and super sets! Im gona do it for one week and see if im really tired or have loads/no energy! Shall be interesting to see
