go on bodybuilding forums, buy muscles and fitness. Do you own research FFS, dont rely on gym gossip. Its the only way.

allowing plenty of time for your chest to recover and grow then
only muscle that should be worked everyday is the lovemuscle

yeah twice a week is good if thats what you want to focus on more than other body parts, you heard of the 5x5 workout, 5 sets 5 reps? good for size and strength. whats your chest routine look like?

cool, i would switch the press ups for dips though, good compound movement and some argue its better than the bench. go to that bodybiulding website you posted your workout on, and search the forum tons of info on the 5x5 workout

make sure you dont overtrain as this isnt going to get you bigger your muscles need 6-7 days to fully recover, you grow when you rest, get 8 hours sleep a night 6 meals a day and train correctly.
www.muscletalk.co.uk good useful site

personally, i think flys are a pretty shist exercise and i found it never really stimulated the muscle enough. Believe it or not chin ups are good for working the chest.

I found the best way for more definition was press ups, even better if you have your feet elevated on a chair or something
