Astra on the road would be no difference between ATR, maybe its just a more refined car and seems slower.

Evisu, don't even think about getting a 2.2 16v one, get the 125bhp 1.8 16v if you can't get the Turbo as they are about 0.2 of a second slower to 60 and only 4mph slower top end.

Not sure about mid range but can't be all that different.

2.2 will waste a 1.8 midrange

I kept with my mates old 1.8 jobbie in a little fiesta zetec...


Its just the 2.2 isnt worth the extra insurance etc.

Was it the shite 115bhp 1.8 though

My Corsa GSi used to get wasted by my mates Astra SXi 1.8 16v 125bhp.

i looked at one of these, turbo, everyone said it wont be as fast or fun to drive as the corsa so i keeping the car!
