Run the removing tools in safe mode. That'll fix it, as safe mode only loads the windows core processes. (meaning: it loads the bare skeleton files, so you can sort out problems)

how about your omputer deciding it wants to delete the sound drivers from your machine and to put them back on you have to uninstall>restart>reinstall>restart>set them up>restart

you think thats bad...

how about a computer that reads you mind and takes youre ten worst knightmares of all time and plays them to you each time you load internet explorer. and it even turns itself on a night and plugs directly into you and makes you wee the bed now THATS a virus

You have spyware if your homepage is blank all the time. I had this and adware destroyed it

You need Spyware AND Ad-Aware SE to get rid of all problems. Each picks up things that the other doesnt. Trust me on this, it cant hurt.
