I sold an item and i left feedback when i got his cheque
The item was damaged between waiting to put the cheque in the bank and packing.... so i sent him his cheque back with a letter explaining what happened.
Hes left neutral feedback and i was wonder if you can follow up his comment? as ive seen other peoples have a few comments under someones original feedback, can i do this to put "item was damaged, original cheque sent back"?
