Just a matter of removing all the bolts holding them in. Got some on the floorpan under the seats for the clasp bit, then theres bolts under the pivots on the c-pillars - just pull the cover off them. All you have to do then is take out the reel from behind the trim panels.

easy easy peasy to remove - although if u have back seats u must have seatbelts for your MOT - cant have seats with no belts

am i the only one who had to remove the boot trim to get the seat belts out and leave them hanging thru the trim?? never mind its all outnow! just 3 bolts on each belt by the way
