they'll end up being illegal here i think.
wheels stick out well further than arches.

doesn't actually look too extreme in the pic, but i think you'd have to hack about the arches quite a bit to get them to not rub. especially if you wanted it fairly low, and lets be honest those wheels would look gash if the car was a sky bus.
they get around the legality by using really skinny rubber so the sidewall sticks out less far than the arch, despide the bead being past it.
