ok so these are either created? flared .etc then smoothed or bought and smoothed... could someone explain how they're done please and where i'd go to get them done... i normal bodyshop cudnt do these cud it - they'd have to take a fair bit of flex i wudda thought....

byt hte looks of them they are metal!

a bodyshop should be able to undergo this task
