Written on your tyres? Why would it be there? Might be written on the wheel, mind.

Usually stamped on the inside of the wheel either near the hub or on the back of a spoke if they're big enough.
Either way - why do you need to know - if you have a scubbage problem, you have a problem. Doesn't matter what numbers are where.
Solutions will include arch mods, bump stops, smaller tyres, modification of the wheel or smaller wheels.
You need to do some of this!

I asked because the body styling place i went to asked me to find out, thats why. I know i have a problem, hence the fact i posted it on here and asked for help, but nobody answered me on the other section. I went to the body shop to get the original arches smoothed so they didn't rub on the wheels, but they said they wouldn't do this until i got smaller tyres. But i've got the smallest possible for 17" alloys. Then they asked me to get the offset of the wheels, so they could advise me on what to do.

Offset choice is something you would do when you buy the wheels. If you already own them then its body mods you need.
