Has anyone seen those traffic warning signals by the road, the LED ones that light up "SLOW DOWN" when your doing more than the speed limit?
I went past one last night in Hemel Hempstead and i must have been going more than the speed limit and instead of "SLOW DOWN" my plate number was displayed on the board, has anyone ever seen these before and are they just warnings or can i expect a fine in 7-10 days?

ye i see them all the time. they move it every 2 days within like a 10mile radius. they dnt do anyhting. i found that one of them wudnt go above 50mph, all it does is give u a  face if u speed dnt worry, u wnt get caught.

They set them not to go above a certain speed because some people see how fast they can get them to
