Dont know what the ruling on this is but..

In May 2004 i lost my license it was revoked, I'm looking to resit my test again BUT i want to know if i can sit it in my Mum's car so i dont have to sit any lessons is this possible??

I dont have to do the Extended test it's just a straight forward Driving Test....

Goto the DSA site.

Might work out cheaper to do 2 lessons with instructer and use their car. Plus they sort all the paper work out etc etc.

You can book it on the DSA website. Then you just have to turn up at the right time on the right day and pass.

Not being a dick here but when was the last time you took lessons??? They are extortionate!

£20 per lesson plus £40+ for the test and another £20 for the lesson before your test!! i make that £100, insurance for me on the Clio is £15 a month plus the £40 for my test all in cost me £55-60...

Cant be arsed with damn Instructors trying to string me along to get more money out me!!

would maybe be a good idea to have one lesson...Just to get you out of the bad habits you pick up when driving..

I failed my 1st test, but still drove about until my resit about amonth later, I took a couple of lessons before hand and as soon as i started driving instructor said to me 'you've been driving about' I can tell..Just we tell tale stuff like..

Got in his car and put the stereo on and lit up a fag, window down arm out and other on gearknob...

Honestly, I had 1 lesson before hand and 1 lesson before the test to just make sure that I would pass first time, there was no way I was gonna fail.

I Might take one Lesson but still do the test in my mums Clio, I was out driving in it with her last night (with the L Plates on of course) no sign of my bad habits done everything my Instructor taught me till i got back to the house and had to reverse in the Garage... then it was back to the one handed steering

I know about the Mirror shite guy i used to work with was practising to become an Instructor!!! And i dont think the Instructor will be bothered about a head rest as long as theres a shitebag handle on the roof

the Questions are a Piece of piss Ally... i know Cars like the back of my hand i've worked on them for years so that shouldn't be a problem!

My first test was nerve racking but i passed first time with only 3 minors,
