Why is it on the Cavalier and Calibra, the N/A cars are 4 stud, and the turbocharged/V6 ones are 5 stud?

i'm trying to convince the misus to put a c20xe into her tigra.. it would be a fantastic car to drive!! albeit a bit gurly...
