was at a car meet earlier, and someone noticed oil on the floor. and it was where my car was parked.... anyway thought nowt of it and then noticed earlier outside my house that ive got oil.... so ive taken these pics..... i put a litre of oil in it other day... and now theres nothing showing on the dipstick.... 
ive taken these..... is it the actual sump or the sump gasket... or something else? sorry bout the size of the pics but i aint resized em so u can see.... i dont know what im looking for 




bit worried now cos ive gotta get to work etc

I reckon will be at the back of the engine - like the oil pick up pipe.

Did you get a picture from the back and the wheel side of the sump? You'd be better off cleaning it off to see what's going on IMO.

ive not got a jack to get it jacked up, ive wiped it and laid on the floor n cant see any leaking out from anwhere, there doesnt appear to be any drips...... i need to put some oil in to check but the kids aer in bed

Where is the drain plug on that engine? Maybe it's leaking from there (not tight or dodgy washer)?

get some degreaser on it, pressure wash it down. Tighten up any loose nuts around the sump or whatever. Top up the oil and drive aorund for a day or more then have a look underneath as leak could be a tiny seep but with the mist and wind coming up under the car could throw it everywhere and make it look worse than it is

rite it looks like a drip coming from the oil filter, ive cleaned it all off am waitin for the batterys to recharge a bit cos theyere dead

Tighten the oil filter, its obviously come loose.
Clockwise otherwise youll get warm oil down your sleeves lol

ok ill try that
its a bit hard ive had to pull it onto the kerb to see its too damn low and i cant get my arm under the splitter

how about a pic of the sump surface cleaned off - on my fezza the sump has stone ships in, and gradually rusted and then leaked, might be similar thing!?

someone just said they reckon the way its on the crossmember its the seal on the oil filter thats gone....
