Sorry if this is the wrong forum!

Basically I now have a mould for a corsa B bad boy bonnet, first couple have been made, only thing slowing stuff down is getting hold of catches so they are a direct replacement.

Anyway few pics in here:

http://www.rtoc.org/library/default.asp?id=1981

They are a carbon exterior on fibreglass frame.

If people just want them to be held on by pins then makes life alot easier, put prefer to offer both options.

Just sort of doing this post to make people aware they are available and just u2u me or e-mail me @ cliogtt@gmail.com if you want more info.

Will get some underside pics in the next few days, also able to offer a full fibreglass version.

Price is around the £350 mark for the carbon one.

Cheers

Its a fibreglass frame as the cost of a full carbon version just seemed rediculous (sp)! Will try and get some weight differences aswell after I dig out the bathroom scales lol

Not 100% about the washers, cant think if they are part of the mould or are drilled out after (I don't personally produce the bonnets, just stumped up the cash for the mould lol)

But can easily find out that sort of stuff

From speaking to the lad with one on his car for the past few weeks, he is happy with it, and seems to have the same structural qualitys as the standard item.

Not sure on price for GRP shall investigate
