Ive got loads an loads of stone chips on the front bonnet of me motor its the marron colour at the moment, idealy i would like a respray but cash wont stretch to this, im presuming it would cost about £100 for bonnet an £100 for drivers door

last night i tried large amounts of colour restorer in the hope it would at least fill in some of the white chip/scratches. but it didnt

is there any way to fill these holes in that wont look to badly miss matched? i dont mind spending a few hours working some sort of colour back into the bonnet either.

what products are there? to do this?
thought about geting a can of spray paint but wont this just look totally wrong??

plz help i want it all shiney but minus the white scratches

what i normally do is get a tin of spray the closest match to your car, and then spray a bit into the lid an old cup or something, and then with a really fine brush detail all of the chips, slowly building up layers of paint in them to bring them level,

then polish the lot with that colour magic stuff

Get some coloured polish, I had loads of stone chips on the Punto, used a coloured polish and most of them went as the polish sunk into them.

I would buy a can of spray which is the colour of the car. Spray the paint into the cap and use a fine brush to fill the chip, or if it is deep use a tooth pick to dab in the chips
