has any 1 done this them selves? how hard is it? and am i right in thinking u do it like this?:

take the strips out, fiberglass the groves then use filler over the top?

u have to lead fill then then skim with fibergalss/filler as fibergalss will just crack

The corsa chassis is that soft it will crack instantly.

Ive come up with a new method - lighter and cheaper and wont crack - but its my trade secret - price list when the sites up and running

I welded mine then fibreglassed and filled, been done a year and a half so far not sunk or cracked

You weld a strip in slightly lower than the roof line, then lead load it till smooth, then a single skim of filler to finish. This way wont crack in the slightest.

mines welded too dotn go the other route its shit they crack and sink and just look bollock costs a little more but find the right bodyshop your be fine

wot kind of prices are we looking at people, unpainted?

ive also heard you then have to be careful jacking the car up. do you, and wot is meant by careful?
