why do all my internet windows now have a font like this, for a min i thought ian had done something silly to CS, but it doesnt matter what site it on the font is allways bigger, help as i have no idea

Font text size i think, this can be changed under view
Go to view, then text size and change to medium

id u hav a mosue wit a roll thing on it press and hold Ctrl and roll it and choose the sieu want

If you are using IE, ditch it and use firefox. You dont get much spyware using firefox unlike IE

hold down CTRL and push the mouse wheel upwards or downwards for font change
