I'm 21 in a few weeks and have been tempted by getting a motorbike

But too much shiiiiite weather so I wouldnt trust it

right, my plan is:- sell my corsa, buy a classic vw beetle to restore over the summer, pass my bike test and buy a kick ass bike for the good weather! when winter comes use the bug for uni!

er........ got mine done for £1700 and has done 9,000 miles since, only engine needed a service, have another 21,000 to go before charger needs one

run out of road top end but it has done 155 + (private road of course), dunno bout 0-60, haven't had it tested yet. got a few more bits to do, as charger has been off for about 3 months (hence not in piccies in garage). Hopefully corsa and golf will be done in time for usc

it got rr'd twice before the charger came off for some other bits to be done, one road gave 267.9 and the other 276.2. Thats, charger, exhaust and cams, AMD remap should give it another 10 or so

You got experience riding bikes right? Don't go getting a Ninja or R6 as a first bike if you havn't Get a 250cc for a year or so

No such thing as a 2.6 vr6

The Golf vr6 was a 2.8
