Well just a friday night for somewhere where theres something too do for the saturday, with the missus?Have no idea where to go or stay

Any reccomendations? And prices on places too stay??

To be honest we don't have any super hotels, we have a few decent ones and then the usual travel inn's / lodges

You would be better off going to Cornwall if you can travel that far and get there but Southend isn't a bad little place

Depends if you want it to be romanitc or just a nice weekend away? Stay in the Keswick Hotel if you want a nice romanic weekend - top hotel and well priced, or come to Newcastle for a meal and a few drinks on the quayside.
