phone them mate, i am with them and they were charging me for 2 bills each month which i didnt realise about there is a number on their website i believe.

I already have phoned them & they are all retards.

I want this complaint to be in writing.

They tried telling me that my phone wasn't covered under the Sales of Goods act because its on a contract Muppets

You can get the address to send a letter to them in the contact us part of the website or theres a part that you can give them your details and they get back to you within 24 hours
