Depends on wheel fitment and tyre size.

i've got 16inch millie miglia HT3's with 195/45/16 which are et45 and car is lowered 30mm all round on shocks and springs and my front wheels catch quite bad due to the tyres which are uniroyal rainsport which i need to replace with yoko's or any other tyre were the tyre wall slopes inwards to give me extra clerence. the back wheels are fine as yoko's are fitted.

At the end of the day when you pic your wheels you need to look for atleast et45-49 with a nice thin tyre i.e. the tyre wall slopes in then you shouldn't have much trouble

My car is lowered -60mm on Miglia mille wheels which are et 45 and doesnt catch whatsoever.

If i was you mate i would change the profile of your tyre rather than looking at the tyre wall.
I've got 40 profile tyres and not 45's which is probably one of the reasons they dont rub.
