put a new belt and tensioners on and fire it up
it its running rough then you may have bent a valve

tis onli running on 2 pots, sounds like a scooby on idle

heads off, head gakset has gone... gonna take it to head fiing place and get thn to chekc valves and if there ok gonna get it skimmed and crack tested.
