Dont understand why the dealership would be going bust? Theres still loads of cars that need selling in the next couple of months to try and get rid of the debts, The parts department will still operate i'd imagine, and the same with the service/maintenance centre. Dealerships are a franchise, not owned by The manufacturer, they'll just get another franchise of a different company i'd imagine, or do what a few people round by me have done, and gone indepandant.

Think our local dealer was going bust before this anyway Boab cos its not just Rover thats shutting - Subaru & whatever else they sold is gone aswell!!! Ive heard local VW aint doing too well either, not meeting sales targets etc - its funny they would take on an extra 20 staff

They will still have huge amounts of spares available just might be trickier to get them as with any old or dis-continued car!!
