i hit a pothole on friday and it has buckled my wheel

i went back to the place where it happened yesterday and took some pics cos i was so enraged and i found that its at least 3 inches deep!

is there anything that i can do to claim compensation from the council or anything or is that far too optimistic?

its been done before

the only way you will know is if you write to them

my ex did it and got a full set of wheels because they didnt make the ones he had anymore so they couldnt just get one new one so gave him money for a new set

was it a lengthy process?
i think i mite give them a proper business letter with full use of the thesaurus for big words!

to be fair though, it was right in the line where you would drive, so i may stand a chance hopefully

its just annoyed me more than it would otherwise cos i had sold the wheels too!
