everything was going will untill got to the emissions test failed on that knew something was wrong as the em light has been on for a while oh-well can sitt on the drive untill i can be assed getting it sorted

lzer take the car out for a long drive make sure it get quite hot then turn if off and leave it standing for a hours or so. the shouldn't come back on (well it don't on mine)

it's only when u do short runs it comes on

did u take your car in hot or cold? more than likly it'll be your EGR valve. don't get a new one just blank the existing one off and the light will go off
