ok my mam has just got her new v3 yesterday

all was working fine but now the keypad wont light up, even in pitch black conditions

anyone else had this problem? there isnt a menu for turning it off

sim card batt out.

resets the phone. If failing that send it back under the 28 garuntee thing and get a replacement
