use the sport principal
Specific
Progressive
Overload - or u never get better
Repetative- keep going
Tedious- keep it from being boring
you may be using one muscle group too much. try branching out your exercsies
eg try different arm exercises such as bicep curls.tricep extenstions and hang cleans
that way you use all the muscle and sholudnt be as sore
encorperate at least a 5 minute stretch into your session

thats lactic acid building up in your muscles - you need to warm up and warm down properly - also you eatin or drinkin enough protein?? you need protein so ya muscles can repair themselves!
i know it hurts at the mo but strech your muscles that hurt it helps to move the lactic acid out of your muscles quicker
